Job Description

    Location: MumbaiExperience: 10 yearsReporting to: Executive DirectorQualification: Graduate / MBA in Human resource specializationPosition Description:Strategic and results-driven Senior HR Manager with over 10 years of progressive experience in human resources management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. Proven track record of aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive growth and improve employee satisfaction. Adept at leading cross-functional teams, developing HR policies, and implementing effective change management processes. Known for fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enhancing workforce productivity through innovative HR practices.Responsibilities:
    1. Strategic HR Leadership:
    • Align HR strategies with overall business goals.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness.
    1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for leadership and niche roles.
    • Develop workforce planning strategies to meet future talent needs.
    1. Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Foster a positive work culture and employee experience.
    • Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution effectively.
    1. Performance Management:
    • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
    • Support leadership in setting KPIs and performance goals.
    1. Learning & Development:
    • Identify training needs and manage employee development programs.
    • Promote continuous learning and leadership development.
    1. HR Policy & Compliance:
    • Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
    • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory HR standards.
    1. Compensation & Benefits Management:
    • Design competitive compensation structures and benefits plans.
    • Oversee payroll processes and employee reward systems.
    1. Change Management & Organizational Development:
    • Lead HR aspects of change initiatives, mergers, or restructuring.
    • Drive initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
    1. HR Analytics & Reporting:
    • Leverage HR metrics and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Present insights to leadership on turnover, engagement, and performance.
    1. Team Leadership & Mentorship:
    • Lead and mentor junior HR professionals.
    • Promote collaboration and continuous improvement within the HR team.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
    • HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR or similar are highly preferred.
    • 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 35 years in a managerial or leadership role.
    • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
    • Prior experience in Staffing industry is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change.
    • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday,).
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism.
    • Ability to work in diverse and inclusive environments.
