Job Description

    Description:The Human Resources will be responsible for leading and managing the entire HR function across India for a rapidly growing broadband and telecommunications organization. This role will serve as a strategic business partner to the leadership team while ensuring operational excellence across all HR domains.The incumbent will be accountable for designing, implementing, and driving HR strategies, policies, processes, and people initiatives that support business growth, operational efficiency, employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across corporate offices, regional offices, sales teams, customer support functions, field operations, and technical teams.The role carries end-to-end ownership of all HR functions and will lead a geographically dispersed workforce across multiple locations in India.1.     Experience
    • 15 years of progressive HR experience.
    • Minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
    • Experience managing multi-location and pan-India HR operations.
    • Prior experience in Telecom, Broadband, ISP, Technology, Infrastructure, Retail, Consumer Services, or a large distributed workforce environment preferred.
