The candidate will be responsible for managing procurement operations, vendor coordination, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing without compromising on quality.Key Responsibilities* Manage end-to-end procurement for interior and construction materials* Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines* Coordinate with design, project, and site teams for material requirements* Track orders, inventory, and ensure timely delivery to project sites* Maintain vendor relationships and ensure quality standards are met* Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities* Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement proceduresRequirements* Bachelors Degree or Civil Engineering / Diploma* MBA in Supply Chain Management / Operations / Finance or CA preferred* Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement* Prior experience in luxury residential interiors or real estate projects is mandatory* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills* Good understanding of materials used in interiors and construction* Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement systems* Strong communication and coordination skills
