Job Description

    Senior Management Consultant Location: Mumbai Role Type: Full-timeExperience 7 years to 10 years (at least recent 5 years into consulting experience)Age 35 years and aboveRole SummaryWork directly with MSME business owners as a strategic and execution partner to solve end-to-end business challenges and drive measurable growth in revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities
    • Advise promoters on strategy, growth, and business decisions
    • Conduct business diagnostics and identify improvement areas
    • Design and implement practical solutions across functions
    • Improve operations, sales, finance, and organizational effectiveness
    • Establish systems, SOPs, and performance dashboards
    • Lead on-ground implementation with client teams
    • Attend in weekly MSME client sessions
    • Visit client sites for reviews and execution support
    • Track progress and deliver measurable results
    Ideal Candidate
    • Strong understanding of Indian MSME environment
    • Proven ability to drive implementation (not just advisory)
    • Comfortable working directly with business owners
    • Willing to travel extensively
