Job Description

Generating Revenue from existing and new clients Cross- functional interaction with the execution teams and monitor the execution of projects Maintaining monthly MIS reports on own/ team sales performance Sales Funnel Management Billings, Collections and Debtor monitoring Update clients on new online marketing trends Managing assigned sales team members Required Candidate profileCandidates having a Masters degree (or equivalent) in Communication / Advertising / Marketing will be preferred. Graduates in these disciplines will also be considered. Experience : 6- 7 years of experience in account planning in an advertising agency with at least the last 3 years in a social media agency / social media division of an agency. Skills / Attributes : Should have a passion for the Internet and should be regarded as an expert on Internet communications, have a passion for sales; a track record of meeting / exceeding revenue targets is essential To understand client requirements and ideate on suitable solutions Understanding of brand and / or corporate communication issues Should have serviced large corporate organizations Comfortable with long working hours, especially under tight timelines. May involve short duration travel to nearby cities as & when required. Expected to build and manage their own sales teams. Should have the ability to multi- task under pressure Focused & constantly looking out for new clients as well as for new projects with existing clients,
