Job Description

We are hiring Senior Manager/Manager Enterprise sales who will be a fundamental part of the Betterplace Enterprise sales team ensuring business growth through new strategic client acquisitions. The role requires building relationship across key identified prospects, managing the sales cycle and achievement of revenue and margin targets. Uniquely digital.What were looking for :1. 5-10 years of corporate sales experience2. Working for a high growth start-up/company3. Preferred industry experience: HRTech, HR solutions, Staffing services4. Experience in handling senior level client stakeholders5. Experience in selling solutions/ services/ SaaS6. Problem-solving and consultative skills7. Technology orientation8. Social and Communication skills9. Fieldwork ethic/discipline10. Proficient with MS excel/MS-word/ handling commercials11. Proficiency in using Sales Force Automation (SFA) toolsWhat youll do :Revenue and margin achievement :1. Ensure execution of local sales strategy to achieve business growth2. Acquisition of new business through prospecting, effective product demonstrations and commercial negotiations to achieve revenue targets3. Work towards achieving target through each stage of sales cycle, from lead generation to closure (including first collection)5. Ensure achievement of gross margin targetsStrategy and Stakeholder Management :1. Assist in building a go-to market approach for the identified clients by working with internal team members2. Identify opportunities for scaling revenues from key clients in short/mid-term through vertical/ location expansion3. Build effective communication channels with client stakeholders to build a long-term relationshipSales process management :1. Adhere to sales process, policies and guidelines provided by the company2. Ensure complete coverage of the customer segment/s through methodical and targeted approaches3. Ensure adequate pipeline volumes and visibility4. Update pipeline information in the sales force tracking system and provide reports to managers and other internal teams as required5.
