Team members join a mission-driven environment that values innovation, reliability, and patient-centric service.Role Description The Senior Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance for Lifetime Healths home healthcare services. This role includes managing daily service delivery, coordinating clinical and non-clinical teams, and ensuring that patient visits and care plans are executed efficiently and on schedule.The Senior OperationsManager will design and optimize workflows, monitor key operational metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance service quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The role also involves vendor and partner management, capacity planning, and resource allocation, as well as resolving escalations and operational issues in a timely, professional manner. In addition, the Senior Operations Manager will collaborate with leadership to support strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and contribute to scaling Lifetime Healths network across the region.QualificationsStrong operations management and process improvement skills, including experience with workflow design, performance tracking, and efficiency optimization.Demonstrated ability in team leadership, people management, and cross-functional coordination within fast-paced or healthcare-related environments.Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of digital tools or platforms to monitor KPIs and inform operational decisions.Experience in vendor, partner, or service provider management, with skills in negotiation, contract oversight, and quality assurance.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle escalations and drive resolutions.Bachelors degree in Operations, Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or MBA is an advantage.Prior experience in healthcare, home healthcare, logistics, or service delivery operations at a senior or managerial level is highly beneficial.Comfort working on-site in Mumbai with a hands-on approach to operations, and the ability to adapt to evolving business and patient needs.Budget- 50k- 60k per month NOTE: We are looking for candidates based in Mumbai specifically Company Description Lifetime Health is a digital-first healthcare platform focused on delivering high-quality medical services directly to peoples homes across India.
