Job Description

    Two-Wheeler Service AdvisorReports to: Service ManagerJob Summary:We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Two-Wheeler Service Advisor to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their service needs, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring excellent service quality. The Service Advisor plays a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and contributing to the smooth operation of the service department.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Customer Interaction & Service Coordination:
      • Greet customers upon arrival and assess their two-wheeler service requirements.
      • Provide clear communication regarding service options, prices, and timelines.
      • Accurately record customer issues, service requests, and vehicle details.
      • Address customer queries and concerns related to service, maintenance, or repairs.
      • Ensure the timely delivery of two-wheelers as per agreed timelines.
    2. Service Management:
      • Communicate the service schedule to the workshop team and ensure proper allocation of work.
      • Prepare cost estimates for repair work, and inform customers of any changes or additional charges.
      • Keep track of the status of ongoing repairs and update customers regularly.
      • Ensure that all work is done in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines and safety standards.
    3. Quality Control & Documentation:
      • Inspect vehicles post-service and ensure the quality of work meets company standards before delivery.
      • Maintain detailed records of service orders, invoices, and customer history.
      • Process warranty claims and ensure compliance with service agreements.
      • Collaboration & Teamwork:
      • Work closely with the workshop technicians and other service team members to ensure smooth workflow.
      • Assist in the management of inventory, ensuring that required parts are available for repairs.
      • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on service standards and new products.
