Job Description

    JD For Service Desk /Helpdesk Engineer.Daily reviewing the ticket, working on aged ticket, and assigning to respective engineers resolving the issue.Coordinate with internal team for long pending aged tickets for the suggestion and process for the call closure.Daily reviewing the call within engineers and provide the suggestion if required and internal discussion on back-end calls and escalations.Develop, co-ordinate and promote incident management activities and take responsibility for the effective functioning of the Incident Management processes across all support areas.Daily follow ups with Backend call and getting it resolved on time if delay in response will be escalating to the next level.Preparing the RCA Report on major issues which are escalated and resolved.Daily reviewing the ticket and assigning to respective location for resolving the issue.Coordinate with internal and external clients when necessary.Good communication skills - HINDI & ENGLISH MUST
