Ranging from Downloads to regional UIs, the PV platform comes loaded with features that customers will love and the person in this role will be expected to drive awareness, adoption, usage and satisfaction of these.- Work closely with marketing channel owners and drive awareness and adoption of key PV platform features including leveraging digital and offline media, where required- Work with creative and marketing teams to build messaging templates for channel owners to be able to deploy service marketing campaigns as part of their SOPs- The person in this role will also be expected to work closely with BI and Analytics teams to build measurement and impact models and dashboards, test sensitivity and make recommendations basis exhaustive deep-dives- Work with product teams to define, articulate and drive enhancements to our product experience. Be the voice of the customer in local product development roadmaps providing marketing inputs into product roadmaps and building the case for prioritization of new projects- Work closely with IN Research teams and operate as the single-threaded owner for all PV customer research efforts, both external [working with 3P research agencies along with IN Research] and internal [leveraging research and surveying tools/platforms available]Who will like and excel at this - We are customer obsessed. A singular focus on doing the right thing for our customers drives our actions and we look forward to working with those who can be equally customer focused- The right person in this role will also be able to deal with ambiguity and take the lead in defining frameworks where no prior examples exist- Prior consumer marketing experience driving adoption of platforms will come in handy- Someone who has been a part of consumer insight and research efforts will be able to connect the dots on what customers are seeking and what the platform offers- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously to meet tight deadlines is expected from someone in this role- This person in this role will be working closely with global teams across Amazon with ample opportunities to both share what we are learning while at the same time learning from teams across the globe- Ambitious self-starter with ability to operate independently and thrive in fast-paced environment will be useful. Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done- A passion for movies, TV shows and other great digital content wouldn t hurt!, - Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields- 7+ years of work experience in Consumer Marketing / Market Research / Service Marketing / Digital Marketing- Strong business analysis skills with ability to work in global, cross-functional team- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - MBA MTech preferred- Led/was part of scale customer research efforts at a large consumer facing organization
