Job Description

What your day-to-day will look like:Participate in the identification, review, and analysis of business requirements forITSM, Change Management, HRSD and ITOM Design and develop and deploy best in class Solution for the requirements usingServiceNow built-in Features /Integrations/Enhancements Develop/Configure ServiceNow system features or integrations as per requirement,Testing, and coordinate UAT for Deployment Involvement with establishing the logical design of the ServiceNow system withdevelopers, and other team members Maintain and create accurate, consistent, and user-friendly documentation suitable forreuse in multiple applications Participate in the training and development of IT personnel on business operations Participate in prioritization of requirement documents, design documents and workproductsWhat youll need to excel:At a minimum, youll need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience 8years of experience in ServiceNow Configurations and ImplementationsExperience with ServiceNow IT Service Management, Customer ServiceManagement, Service Portal, CMDB, HRSD, Custom applications && variousIntegrations. Have done Solution Architect role or Solution Lead role for ServiceNow SeniorDeveloper role in ServiceNow Implementations teamsItd be great if you also have:Bachelors degree in Technical Communications, Computer Science Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (preferred) or any other ServiceNowCertifications which proves the proficient track record working in ServiceNowsystems in the past
