Job Description

    Location:MumbaiNotice Period:Immediate to 15 DaysExperience:6 - 9 YearsCTC:15 - 20 LPAAbout the RoleAs theSharePoint Developer Leadat NCG, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and maintaining innovative SharePoint-based web portals that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. This role goes beyond codingits about creating collaborative, scalable, and secure digital solutions that meet business needs. You will lead a skilled team of developers, working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful solutions that empower both internal teams and clients.Key Responsibilities
    • Design, develop, and implement abest-in-class SharePoint portaltailored to meet organizational needs.
    • Customize SharePoint features and functionalities to enhance productivity and usability.
    • Ensuresecurity, scalability, and performanceof SharePoint sites, managing site collections, permissions, and access controls.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, offering expert advice on SharePoint capabilities and best practices.
    • Lead SharePoint projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
    • ApplyUI/UX principlesto create engaging, user-friendly web pages and content types.
    Required Skills & Experience
    • Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 69 years of experience inSharePoint developmentwith a proven record of delivering successful projects.
    • Strong proficiency inHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
    • Experience in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and integration with Microsoft 365 tools.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide development teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation.
