Job Description

    Graduate, Must speak fluent English, able to make billing on cloud based billing software. Able to communicate with customers for pickup and delivery, able to inspect garments for brands, colours, defects, damages and type of stains. Must be able to resolve customer complaints, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction, able to handle customer complaints, approval of bills and disclaimer. Collection of online and card payments, settlement of delivered garments and payments, make weekly reports. Training will be provided.
