The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for showroom visitors. The Showroom Hostess plays a key role in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring a positive, smooth, and professional interaction with potential buyers, assisting with inquiries, and maintaining the showrooms cleanliness and presentation.Key Responsibilities:Customer Greeting & Interaction:Greet customers as they enter the showroom with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude.Assist customers with product inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative.Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure that customers feel comfortable and valued during their visit.Showroom Presentation:Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.Display vehicles in an attractive and informative manner, highlighting key features to customers.Keep promotional materials, brochures, and other sales-related documents neatly arranged and updated.Sales Support:Support the sales team by providing information about products and assisting in showroom tours.Help in scheduling test drives and appointments for sales executives.Keep track of customer inquiries and follow up with prospects to encourage sales.Customer Service:Address customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management if needed.Provide clients with relevant information on vehicle specifications, financing options, and warranty details.Assist with preparing customer feedback forms and collecting relevant data to improve customer experience.Administrative Tasks:Handle general administrative duties such as maintaining visitor logs and managing customer records.Coordinate with the showroom management for daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.Maintain inventory of promotional materials and assist with their distribution.Promotions & Events:Assist in organizing and hosting promotional events, product launches, and other dealership activities.Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure brand messaging aligns with customer engagement efforts.Requirements:Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Showroom Hostess, Receptionist, or similar customer-facing role, preferably in the automobile or retailindustry.
