Job Description

    1. Job Role & Responsibilities:
    • Making project visualization along with project brief as per user dept brief and Sponsor (management) comments.
    • Making of project scope, Bar Chart and other details wrt layout, site setout.
    • Detail coordination with project team including architect, designers, contractors, appointed consultants. Project execution for timely completion in given quantity, cost time and quality parameters.
    • Project closure including billing, completion reports, audited account tally report etc.
    • Keep a systematic custody of project documents, tools, spare material, including the previously completed projects.
    • Obtaining all statutory permissions from respective government departments through our internal coordinator .
    • Identifying usable material on site and raising material requisitions for new requirement
    • Doing Root cause analysis of problem, taking corrective and preventive actions.
    1. Key Result Area :
    • Converting project requirement into a proper brief for management approval, architect / designer understanding.
    • Develop required work scopes along with BOQ and BOM
    • Prepare tender terms and internal cost estimates. Cost Control, Innovation and Implementation.
    • Completing required CAPEX forms for approval from Sponsor.
    • Assist Procurement department in selection and finalization of work contractors, consultants etc.
    • On site execution control with safety protocols for employees and visitors to the property
      • Bill processing including measurements, QC, liquidity damages.
      1. Decision making Authority:
      • Selection of contracting agencies based on comprehensive evaluation matrix, methodology of work
      • Planning, supervision of the project execution
      • Monitoring and control of project scope, cost, time and quality.
      • Suggest and process necessary improvements to the planned scope, methodology, costs, time duration.
      • Effect necessary liquidity damages.
      1. Interdependencies / Interactions:
      • Internal: All user departments wrt projects. Maintenance dept, Warehouse dept, Supply chain management dept, Operations dept, accounts.
      • External: Architects, suppliers, contractors, designers, appointed consultants.
      1. Competencies:
      • Making of quantity, cost & time estimates with concurrent market rates supported by BOQ, BOM, site execution for control of agreed scope, design, timeline, cost and quality.
      • Adherence to applicable ISI codes related to amusement/water park industry, overall applicable engineering codes.
      • Awareness of TUV, ASTM codes.
