Job Description

    Job Description For Site SupervisorKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise all Civil and finishing activities such as plastering, painting, flooring (tiles/marble/granite), false ceiling, waterproofing, joinery, and facade finishes.Ensure works are carried out strictly as per approved drawings, material specifications, and mock-up standards.Check and verify surface preparation before finishing and ensure proper workmanship.Quality & StandardsMaintain high-quality finishes as per client/architect requirements.Conduct regular inspections and rectify defects promptly.Coordinate with Quality Control team for inspections and approvals.Planning & CoordinationPrepare and monitor daily/weekly progress plans to meet project timelines.Liaise with architects, interior designers, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth execution.Coordinate with procurement and store teams to ensure timely availability of finishing materials.Material & Resource ManagementCheck and certify the quality and quantity of finishing materials such as paints, tiles, adhesives, and joinery items.Monitor usage to minimize wastage and ensure proper storage and handling.Safety & ComplianceEnforce site safety protocols, especially while handling finishing equipment and chemicals.Conduct regular toolbox talks and ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.Documentation & ReportingMaintain site records such as daily progress reports, snag lists, and handover checklists.Report delays, issues, or material shortages to the Project Manager promptly.
