Job Description

A leading Interior Design company is looking for Site supervisorDuties and Responsibilities:

  • Established design, plan, and co-ordinating with Manpower and Material for execution
  • Amendments in Plans as per Clients Objectives
  • Implement these decisions vertically up and down the hierarchy of the organization
  • Clearly define project constraints and explain project objectives
  • Communicating and getting decisions formed
  • Document project parameters in the contents of the project charter
  • Executing Quality and Quantification of Materials
  • Estimated material requirements and costs.
  • Responsible for interacting with client to determine factors like budget, architectural; preferences which affects the interior projects.
  • Ordering of Raw Material and Quality Check as per Tender.
  • Identifying Vendors
  • Product Knowledge
  • Competitor Knowledge
  • Eye for Detailing
  • Finalisation of Works Completed
  • Signoff and Final Invoicing Validation
  • Profit Centre Responsibility

  • Completing Company Representatives would be Advantageous
