Job Description

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Track and highlight quality related inputs for SOC incident reporting & management process, Daily/Weekly/Monthly dashboards and other deliverables
    • Analyze the closure comments for SOC incidents and other support requests and share inputs for quality improvement Ensure Change management process is followed as per the defined framework
    • Track and ensure that vulnerability scan reports are published to relevant stakeholders regularly as per defined scope
    • Ensure consistency in quality and delivery of all activities under scope of CyberSOC
    • Ensure SOP of all deliverables are in place and updated regularly
    • Collect feedback from other Cybersecurity stakeholders and incorporate into process/SOP
    • Define/Introduce new Quality Templates and frameworks wherever applicable
    • Provide data points, trends, other quality inputs to team members involved in delivering services globally, to continuously improve service quality, consistency & experience
    • Recommend automation initiatives based on the observations to override challenges associated with manual or offline processes (collaboration with cross-functional teams would be supported)
    • Participate in Operational Audits and Maturity Assessments. Prepare Actions List to remediate observations and non-compliances. Track and Report progress of Actions List
    • Key Performance Indicators:Prepare and publish SLO reports/Dashboard to key stakeholders for all verticals within CyberSOC as defined frequency.
    • Qualification:
    • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline with Maths/Statistics/Quality as the core subject (e.g. B.Sc/M.Sc Maths/Statistics, BBA/MBA Quality or Operations Management or similar)
    • Training and Certifications in Quality practices or standards viz. ITIL,ITSM, ISMS, Six Sigma, TQM or similar would be an advantage
    • Excellent communication, articulation skills, Fluency in spoken and written English
    • Good understanding of critical-to-success key performance indicators (CTS KPI)
    • Good experience on MS Office suite notably Excel and Powerpoint
    • Passion for analyzing quality and preparing reports specifically for Cybersecurity Services
    • Relevant experience of 4-6 years in a similar role i.e. Quality Analysis and Reporting for IT Services or Cybersecurity Operations Management
    • Reasonable understanding of enterprise IT systems (e.g. End user IT systems, Servers, Operating Systems, Antivirus systems, Network systems etc.)
    • Functional Skills/Competencies:
    • Has a systematic, disciplined, and critical thinking approach
    • Excellent ability to think and lead innovative ideas
    • Strong communication skills to convey quality expectations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, developers, and management to implement robust quality measure
    • Behavioral Skills/Competencies:
    • Has a systematic, disciplined, and critical thinking approach
    • Excellent ability to think and lead innovative ideas
    • Strong communication skills to convey quality expectations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, developers, and management to implement robust quality measures
