Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Content Creation and Management:
    • Develop engaging blog posts, social media updates, and website content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
    • Conduct in-depth research to identify and collect relevant digital assets, including videos, images, journalistic pieces, and other content types.
    • Ensure all content meets accuracy, relevance, and compliance standards with industry, legal, and accreditation guidelines.
    Content Analysis and Strategy:
    • Monitor content consumption across all digital platforms and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
    • Create and maintain a content-sharing schedule for newsletters, Reddit, Medium, and other channels to optimize reach and engagement.
    Collaboration and Planning:
    • Work collaboratively with agency partners to plan monthly and quarterly social media content and creatives.
    • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital content creation, curation, and distribution.
    Website Development & SEO:
    • Manage and develop website content using WordPress, ensuring seamless navigation, functionality, and user experience.
    • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to enhance website traffic and visibility.
    • Regularly analyze website performance metrics and make data-driven improvements.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and management.
    • Hands-on experience with WordPress website development and maintenance.
    • In-depth knowledge of SEO tools, strategies, and best practices.
    • Strong research, writing, and editing skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Experience collaborating with agencies and cross-functional teams.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms
    • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Certifications in digital marketing or SEO (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
    • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms.
    • Work Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
