This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high expectations for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components. - Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and business requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development. - Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver complex projects. - Ability to analyze and optimize software performance and scalability. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and quality assurance processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
