Job Description

    Responsibilities:Lead Automation Solution team to develop and deliver Industry best business solution adhering to established standards by Architecture forum.
    • Analyze business process, identifying and documenting automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility.
    • Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process RPA flows.
    • Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions.
    • Automate processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand using at least oneRPA / Low code / No Code.
    • Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
    • Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of Clients Automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
    • Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
    • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases and providing support to the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases.
    Skills and Experience
    • 10+ of Experience in designing, architect and implement next generation system architecture and automation solutions. Implement, maintain, and improve Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery environments.
    • Proven to be strong technically and showcase excellent business application and solution experience.
    • Must possess a balance of analytical problem solving and strong interpersonal and relationship development skills.
    • Excellent Stakeholder communication.
    • Hands on Experience of RPA & Low code no code e.g.MS Power automate
    • Sound knowledge of different RPA platforms.
    • Past development experience on .NET / Java platform.
    • Good understanding of databases.
    • Experience in Software Architecture and Design, Cross Technology/Cross Platform Application Design.
    • Lead in organization initiatives, drives as part of COE. Architectural reviews of other projects.
    • Willing to work in afternoon shifts
