    • Will be responsible for OEM Business Development in assigned areas.
    • Successfully execute Marketing strategies with distributors.
    • Bring in discount structure uniformity among distributors to ensure least cross territory supplies.
    • Gain confidence of distributors by getting results through enforcement of changes.
    • Understand the needs of the customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these as well as achieve the target.
    • Research and identify new business opportunities, build and maintain the relationships with customers.
    • Seek ways of improving the way the business operates in view of the latest market trend and customers feedback.
    • In addition, carry out any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Management/ Sales and Marketing Director.
    Skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Good Presentation Skills
    • Highly Organized and Detail Oriented
