Job Description

About the Role:

Your role will be to help our current and future BFSI customers protect themselves from today s and tommorow s threat landscape. Out customers success is enabled through us innovating and partnering with them throughout their operational lifecyle. Operational efficacy, agility, efficiency and adaptability is critical for our customers and you will develop and orchestrate account plans to achieve those outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the business development outcomes for the solution portfolio into a named account territory (existing and greenfield accounts). This involves orchestrating with extended sales, pre-sales and post sales teams, engaging with prospects on their current and future cyber security programs, building and maintaining a balanced pipeline, and aligning the strategy/priorities of your business with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
  • We are commited to partnering with the industry s leading distributors, SI and resellers. Great partnering is in our DNA and greatly extends the kinds of value we can deliver to the market. You will need to have expertise in and a strong reputation for collaborating with partners for long term success in achieving your specific account goals.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering high value sales and thought leadership. Proven success in building both senior and operational relationships.
  • Ability to work together with internal functions as well as Large System Integrators.
  • Ability to gauge market trends and build appropriate business plans for named Public Sector BFSI Accounts

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of sales experience in the Internet / Security Industry or adjascent sectors selling into the Large Public BFSI Accounts.
  • A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree in Electrical Engineer or Computer Science; or related field is required; a Graduate Degree is a must
  • Experience which demonstrates a significant level of expertise in Security Industry is required.
  • Good understanding the trends in the BFSI space.

Preferred Capabilities:

  • You run your business efficiently and accurately. This means you are strong on using modern sale CRM tools and account planning methodologies. You will also be a natural collaborator who enrols a virtual team to drive customer success and delight in your accounts.
  • We play a significant role in many of our customers cyber security programs. You understand how to communicate in the boardroom to senior execs as well as to architecture, operations and procurement teams.
  • Security can be complicated and the threat lansdcape changes fast. You will be a contiunous learner who has a strong appetite for internal as well as external knowledge. It s this knowledge, and ability to help solve their real world cyber challenges.
  • The role involves creating a strategy for growth of McAfee Technologies across key Public sector BFSI segments, develop both long term and immediate account strategy, financial targets and critical milestones. Must have handled Large Projects
