Job Description

    We are looking forward for a suitable candidate for the position of Sr. Assistant - Taxation and Audit role.Role and ResponsibilitiesThis role will be responsible for
    • Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time, including corporate, income, and indirect tax filings.
    • Assist in audits and manage interactions with Auditors and consultants to resolve any queries or issues.
    • Maintain proper documentation for tax filings, financial transactions, ROC compliances and any relevant correspondence.
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination on financial and tax-related matters.
    • Assist HOD and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.
    Preferred Skills
    • Sound knowledge and experience in Accounting, TDS/TCS, GST, Income Tax
    • Well versed with MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
    • Knowledge of ERP accounting Software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in preparation of excel MIS reports
    • Knowledge of ISO 9001 is a preferable advantage
