Job Description

    Here is an excellent opportunity to get associated with the leading brand.Position Title: Sr. Associate Digital Infra & GovernanceLocation: CPC Seawoods / BelapurExperience Required: Minimum 2 years.RoleManaging Antivirus, Email System, DLP, Vendor Management, Compliance related activities.Reporting To: Manager - Digital Infra & GovernanceKey Responsibilities:
    • Manage Antivirus for endpoints (Desktops/Laptops) and Antivirus Infrastructure
    • Manage Trend Micro Deep Security Antivirus for servers (Windows and Linux)
    • Mobility Solution for Antivirus
    • Email Solution, email gateway and email archival compliance system
    • DMARC for brand reputation and domain-spoof control
    • Operation, Compliance, Vendor management in areas for Data Loss Prevention/Antivirus/Data Classification Tool & Email Solution
    • Closure of Vulnerabilities/PT reported by Information Security Department
    • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
    • Identify problematic areas and implement solutions
    • Preserve assets, information security and control structures
    • Vendor Management for System Integrators
    • Monitoring uptime, performance & utilization of all Antivirus, DLP & Email Infrastructure
    • Coordinating with technical team members of Vendors & Business Partners during initial establishment of any project.
    • Responsible for overall system and infrastructure availability and develop a resilient infrastructure to reduce failures.
    • Execution of NDA & SLA, coordinating with our `Vendor Management team for reconciliation of terms & conditions, if required.
    • Issuance of Purchase Order and follow-up with their `delivery team
    • Performing periodic review of Vendor services (Facility Management) against agreed SLA terms, calculating penalty up on breach of SLA
    • Reviewing SLA / NDA Tracker and communication with IT Infrastructure team for pending actionable.
    • 1st Level of escalated IT Support for resolution of reported issues(Email/Antivirus/DLP)
    • User access review and SOP review
    • Handling ORMS (Risk Management) portal and closing of observation raised.
    • Generating FAR, taking follow-up with IST & Firewall Team for implementation
    • Timely processing vendor invoice.
