Job Description

    • Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, and Investors for preparing projected cash flow statements, loan applications, addressing lender queries, raising loans, and reviewing term sheets and mortgage documents.
    • Liaise with existing lenders for loan disbursements, MIS reporting, monthly/quarterly compliances, loan repayments, obtaining No-Dues Certificates, reconveyance deeds, and releasing MCA charges.
    • Collaborate with valuers and lenders engineers, providing necessary data, addressing queries, and ensuring timely finalization of reports.
    • Prepare interest calculations and manage monthly payments for secured loans.
    • Develop and maintain Sales MIS and cash flow reports.
    • Ensure compliance with all Finance and Accounts-related quarterly RERA requirements in coordination with Chartered Accountants (CA) to obtain Form-3 and Form-5.
    • Handle renewal of insurance policies, including Fire, W.C., Money Policy, Protector, and CAR Policy.
    • Manage TDS compliance, including monthly payments and quarterly returns.
