Job Description

    Company: Leading_ Non Banking Financial Services.Role: Customer Analytics - Sr. Manager.Location: Mumbai.Work days:5Experience: 7 years or more in analytics, or a similar role.Industry Preference: BFSI.Qualification:B.Tech in CS/IT or similar.Job Overview:The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for using data to drive business decisions. As a Data Modeler, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data models, databases, and data integration solutions. You will work closely with our data architects, data analysts, and IT team members to ensure optimal data management and integration across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for various applications and databases.
    2. Design and implement data integration solutions to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
    3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    4. Good in statistical and predictive modelling techniques Regression (Linear and Logistic), Factor Analysis, Clustering, Generalized Linear Modelling (GLM) and other statistical methodologies, their outputs and visual presentation.
    5. Experience in use of Gen AI to enhance dealer experience and capture tribal knowledge, fostering a data- driven culture for continuous improvement.
    6. Hands on an AI enthusiast with years of work experience and having vast years of experience
