Job Description

    Job Role:
    • Create project visualizations and briefs based on user department and sponsor feedback.
    • Coordinate with project team, architects, contractors, and consultants for timely project execution.
    • Manage project closure, documentation, and statutory permissions.
    • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
    Key Result Area:
    • Convert project requirements into briefs for approval and BOQ/BOM preparation.
    • Assist in tender terms, cost estimates, and CAPEX approvals.
    • Support procurement department in contractor selection.
    • Oversee on-site execution with safety protocols and bill processing.
    Decision-making Authority:
    • Select contracting agencies based on evaluation matrix.
    • Plan and supervise project execution, monitor scope, cost, time, and quality.
    • Suggest and implement improvements to scope, methodology, costs, and time.
    • Implement necessary liquidity damages.
    Interdependencies / Interactions:
    • Internal: User departments, Maintenance, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Operations, Accounts.
    • External: Architects, suppliers, contractors, designers, consultants.
    Competencies:
    • Estimation, cost control, and adherence to industry codes.
    • Knowledge of amusement/water park industry and engineering codes.
    • Awareness of TUV, ASTM codes.
