Job Description

    * Handling all type end to end recruitment process * Designing and updating job descriptions * Sourcing candidates from job portals with search , mass mails , job posting & references etc. * Solving queries of candidates about the job profiles, salary package, organization, etc. related client interview. * Involved in preliminary screening ,sorting and short listing of resumes from our data base and job portals.* Briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package ,organization, etc. Maintaining Database. * Coordinating with client & the candidates for interview Scheduled ,salary negotiations etc.* Doing interview follow -ups of the interviews Scheduled. * Ensuring that the shortlisted candidate joins the company . * Sending job offer and recruiting emails, and also answering queries related to compensation and benefits.* Providing guidance and consultancy to new recruits and also helping them onboard .* Build a good repo with clients & candidates. Requirement and Skills * Good Communication & knowledge of Email Drafting * Basic Knowledge of ExcelTeam Handling Target Oriented Hard Working
