Job Description

    Location- Thane(Hybrid) 3days WFO & 2days WFHWorking Days- Monday- FridayWorking Timing- 9am-6.30pmJob SummaryThe Java Developer is responsible for working with Sproxils staff to conceptualize and implement enhancements to Sproxils Mobile Product Authentication (MPA) solution, with a focus on Sproxils software and web portal development. You will have broad exposure to a variety of modern technology paradigms, including high performance runtime systems, Linux cloud servers, and big data analytics systems. Working closely with team members from various locations and functions you will together develop the new features in the web portal and in other MPA projects. You will also be responsible for documenting your projects and promptly address technology needs as assigned by your supervisor.The Java Full Stack Developer reports to Sproxils Director Product & Global Service DeliveryQualifications & CharacteristicsAn individual with the highest levels of energy, self-direction, determination and team spirit is required combined with superior communication skills. You must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and a desire to work for a fast-paced start-up that can offer significant career growth. You will have these qualifications:Strong Java programming and React JS skills required.Strong SpringBoot skills required.Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript and Java Candidates will be required to demonstrate a robust command of these technologies during the interview process.Knowledge of AJAX, JSON, jQuery, Bootstrap,Node JS and JSP is strongly preferred.Understanding of JavaEE paradigms (web services, servlets, Java Beans, Data Access Objects (DAO)) and JPA(Optional)Understanding of modern web architectures and technologies: RESTful services, JSON, XML, JavaScript, Sessions, Cookies.Experience developing cross-platform, data-rich internet applications is desirable.Relational database experience (MySQL).High motivation and intelligence with strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.Ability to operate independently and flexibly in a start-up environment which is both demanding and multicultural.Fluency in English.Job location is Mumbai.A bachelors degree.Additional qualifications that are desirable includePast experience creating an Application Programming Interface (API).Strong understanding of mobile computing technologies, Linux and cloud computing.Experience with a Linux based operating system: Should be able to remote into a machine, copy files, start services, etc.Basic knowledge of NodeJS would be preferred (not mandatory).Coding experience required - candidates will be required to demonstrate advanced hands-on knowledge of Java on the Linux platform during the interview process. This will be tested .
