Job Description

Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the retail store.Manage and supervise retail brand departments, ensuring smooth workflow.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving anyissues.Track inventory and manage stock levels efficiently.Train and supervise store staff to ensure excellent performance.Requirements: Basic proficiency in English.Prior experience in managing retail brand departments is mandatory.Strong sales skills and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.Must be Sindhi or Muslim.Benefits: Salary: 35,000 (INR) per month.Ticket fare: Fully covered by the company.Accommodation and meals: Provided by the company.Visa cost: 50% to be borne by the candidate, which will be reimbursed after thecompletion of the 3-year contract.Performance Bonus: After the end of the contract.Leave: To visit family in India after the end of the contract.Appraisal: Conducted every year.
