Job Description

    Stores Operational ExecutiveOverview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Stores Operational Executive to manage the daily operations of our store(s). The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, optimize store processes, and provide excellent customer service, contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Inventory Management:
      • Oversee stock levels and inventory accuracy.
      • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
      • Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of stock.
    2. Operational Efficiency:
      • Streamline store processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
      • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures.
      • Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.
    3. Customer Service:
      • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
      • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
      • Train staff on customer service best practices.
    4. Team Management:
      • Supervise and mentor store staff, fostering a positive work environment.
      • Schedule and allocate tasks effectively among team members.
      • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
    5. Sales Support:
      • Assist in achieving sales targets by optimizing product placement and promotions.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
      • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
    6. Health and Safety Compliance:
      • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
      • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
