Job Description

    • Job Title: Strategic Alliances Manager (Digital) - Housing Finance MumbaiThe Alliances Manager- Digital Alliances is expected to have a deep understanding of the developments in the fintech business and the capability to forge strong alliances with relevant entities. The manager will be responsible for driving conversions and profitability of the channel he/ she builds. Strong communication and analytical skills are key for this business development role .Job ResponsibilityIdentify new / maintain relationships with existing digital alliances Engage with partners to implement the alliance strategy and drive key success metrics. Works closely with the contact centers and tele calling teams to achieve monthly loan targets . Build MIS / Dashboards to analyse and monitor lead source / contact centre metrics Develop a strong understanding of the target segment and sector to ensure higher conversions
