Job Description

    Job Title: Supervisor Company: RAYCHEM (RPG)Location: MUMBAI - VASAISalary: 15,000 per month (negotiable based on interview performance) Experience: 6 months to 2 years Job Type: Full-TimeJob Description:RAYCHEM (RPG) is looking for a dedicated and proactive Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage daily operations in the production or service area.- Monitor employee performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.- Ensure quality control and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and targets.- Maintain records of production, inventory, and other necessary documentation.- Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.- Provide training and support to new team members.- Handle customer complaints or issues, ensuring timely resolution.Qualifications & Skills:- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.- Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control.- Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office, etc.).Educational Requirements:- High School Diploma or equivalent (Minimum).- A Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification is a plus.How to Apply:Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter highlighting your relevant experience.
