Job Description

    • Part of Franchisee Team of Kotak Securities.
    • Responsible for the business in RBI Bonds & Other Debt Instruments.
    • Service customer requirements on RBI Bonds & Other Debt Instruments by providing product details, sending account statements / certificates regularly, providing latest rates on instruments, etc.
    • Supporting customers and relationship team in speaking with the customers to close the deals
    • Help and support customers in making transactions in RBI Bonds & Other Debt Instruments.
    • Track the latest rates on various debt instruments.
    • Track regulatory announcements regularly and update business / relationship team.
    • Train & educate relationship team on various debt instruments like RBI Bonds & Other Debt Instruments
    • Generate MISs Channel wise, Supervisor wise and manager wise on qualitative as well as quantitative parameters.
    • Perform income reconciliation and ensure to be in touch with various stakeholders to recover the income.
    • Analyse the business data and assist the Product Head with strong areas and areas to focus upon.
    • Track the purchase and maturity data actively and provide with feedbacks to improve the quality of asset.
    • Support investment specialists with various datapoints required by them on their region to enhance their business.
    • Maintain, Manage & Provide SOPs/Net Adjusted Sales related information with the business teams time to time.
      Job Requirements:
    • Graduate / Post Graduate with 3-5 years of work experience in servicing financial products.
    • Should be able to work across hierarchies and get things done. Experience in channel sales, would be of help.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
    • Good with analytics and understanding of financial markets.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
    • Should be a result oriented, and able to work under strict deadlines
    • Attitude of continuous improvement
    • Team Player, collaborative Self-motivated person including the ability to act as a role model within the organization.
    • Ability to successfully implement the drives and campaigns initiated from time to time.
    • Eye for details, meticulous and creative
