Job Description

    Job Opportunityfor System Administrator @ NISA at Andheri-
    • Maintenance & troubleshooting of Hardware & network Infra
      • Take back-up on a daily frequency for the Server & official data.
      • Restoring file backup based on request/approval.
      • Creating & Maintenance of FTP User.
      • Setting up custom rights for users based on requirement.
    • Maintaining Hardware firewall.
      • Creating & Implementing F/W policy.
      • Modification of policy based on environmental exigencies.
    • Monitoring of IT Infra
      • Daily monitoring of all IT infra, in terms of security and services.
    • Maintaining multiple backup on/off site.
      • Server data is maintained on multiple sites, that includes on-premises & Off-Premises for unknown DR.
    • L2 Service & Monitoring IT Helpdesk Portal.
      • Managing end user for trouble shooting @ L2 level.
      • Take a follow-up for the closer of pending IT tech issues.
    • Cloud Migration
    • Managing Server related AMC, Warranty, Care pack & subscription.
      • AMC Renewal of server, Firewall, etc.
    • Managing AV & User System.
      • Installation, Config of AV Server.
      • End user monitoring via centralized system.
    • Installation, Config & Maintenance of AD & IT Policies
      • Gathering all users to the AD environment for better IT security.
      • Adding users in to the AD group.
      • Setting custom policies based on organization requirement.
      • Creating, Maintaining of IT Policies.
    • New Procurement & pre-requisite
      • Annual IT budget, IT Infra which include repair, maintenance & new procurement.
    • Microsoft, Adobe, Symantec
      • Managing and assigning the license based on requirement & approval.
