Job Description

    • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Server Management (Windows & Linux).
    • Good knowledge in installing, configuring and supporting Windows based physical & virtual servers and deploying and testing Windows operating systems including virus updates, patches and performance tuning.
    • Installation and Configuration of Domain Controllers.
    • Administration and troubleshooting of Windows servers, DHCP, DNS, IIS, ISA, Antivirus.
    • Hands-on experience on troubleshooting all the Windows server incidents towards resolution.
    • Good knowledge on troubleshooting File server related issues.
    • Good knowledge troubleshooting OS performance/hang related issues.
    • Good knowledge troubleshooting MS Cluster related issues.
    • Manage Windows services such as Active directory, DHCP, DNS, Microsoft Cluster.
    • Manage virtual machines through VMware vSphere console.
    • Manage centralized antivirus solution.
    • Should perform approved Windows Server Change Requests.
    • Excellent knowledge and hand-on experience in VDI management.
    • Perform ID Administration /file permissions access for systems and shares.
    • Should have good knowledge on configuring and maintaining file and directory permissions.
    • Should manage the Windows Server backup policies and schedules.
    • Should execute Windows server & Linux server back-up/restore procedures.
    • Install and configure on-premises Servers.
    • Managing Firewall policy and Network
    • Identify security risks and recommend solution remediation against server devices.
    • Provide support related to incidents which need procurement of hardware & software, software license management and touch support.
    • Coordinate/Escalate to a third party vendor for Windows server issues.
    • Strong Communication, Coordination & Customer interaction skills.
    • Very good understanding of ITIL concepts, Incident management lifecycle and SLA adherence.
    • Willing to work extended hours and in a rotational Shift model.
    Salary Range :- 40,000/- PM Woking Days:- 5 Days Benefits:
