Job Description

    HiWe are looking for System Engineer.Position: 2Experience: 5Compensation: 4-6Location: Mumbai,Kanjurmarg /marine driveNote: Have to travel 2 days to marine drive if required in a week, Mumbai based onlyJD:
    • Ensure that the IT Helpdesk tickets are monitored, resolved and closed in line with the agreed KPIs described within the IT SLA document.
    • Ensure that the working processes are executed in line with the agreed standards and workflows (such as user creation (starter & leaver process), adjustments required in relation to end-users configurations) etc.
    • Maintaining computer networks and systems including software, mainframes and other physical hardware
    • Installing and configuring infra equipment to update or fix hardware or software issues
    • Monitoring computer systems to improve system performance
    • Communicating networking issues to other employees and management
    • Fixing software and hardware configuration issues for users on-demand or from inspection of the systems
    • Contribute to ensuring effective corporate governance, risk management and internal controls
    • Identify opportunities for automation and assist with the development of automation systems to address those opportunities.
    • Manage users using Windows Enterprise server operating systems, in combination with Active Directory User Management
    • Proven technical IT support experience, that will enable you to work on a day-to-day basis
    • Ensuring effective corporate governance like Inventory, Vendor & Stakeholder management for internal controls
    Skills needed
    • Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, flexible approach and enthusiastic manner
    • Good administration, planning and organisational skills (prioritise & work to deadlines)
    • BCA, Diploma in computer engineer, B. Tech, BSC IT of 5 years experience individual role.
