Job Description

    Exhibits comprehensive knowledge of server, storage, networking technologies, virtualization technologiesDevelops, implements, and supports a variety of infrastructure platform technologiesMaintain an excellent working relationship with 3rd Party vendorsImplement strategies to increase reliability and decrease the cost of technologiesImplement processes for internal operational effectiveness and continuous improvementEnsure data confidentiality, integrity, and availabilityProvide technical guidance to service partners as neededAssist with communication of process changes, enhancements, and modifications so solutions are understoodWork closely with development and security teams to identify gaps and implement solutions to drive improvements in reliability, security, performance, and availabilityWorks independently; may require guidance in highly complex situationsSupports others to solve complex problemsIdentifies innovative solutions through sophisticated analytical thinkingProvide level 2 Citrix support to the businessDocument operational support tickets with detailed troubleshooting steps and resolutionsRequirements:Experience with VMWare vCenter Server and ESXi virtualization technologyExperience with Citrix Technologies: Workspace, WEM, UPM, PVS, MCS, Storefront, Director, Studio, Licensing, ADC, Gateway XenApp 6.5, XenApp 7.1x, and Citrix Cloud technologies.Experience with Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCPIn-depth functional knowledge of varying versions of Microsoft Linux operating systemsExperience with migrating on-premises applications to the cloud is a plusStrong knowledge of Active Directory in a multi-domain environmentExperience with PowerShell and PowerCLIStrong organizational, time management and communication skillsApplication support experienceStrong technical background and ability to work with engineers, developers, and other key stakeholdersEducation:Bachelor s degree in relevant field preferred4+ years of previous experience in a similar role is preferredRelevant industry certificates are preferred
