Job Description

    Position: HR - Talent Acquisition Location: Andheri, Mumbai Experience Required: 6 Months to 4 Years Working Days: 5 DaysAbout Square Yards Square Yards is Indias largest integrated real estate platform, providing end-to-end real estate solutions across multiple cities and countries. We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR - Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Mumbai team and play a key role in driving hiring goals while contributing to a vibrant and inclusive workplace. Roles & ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (80%)
    • Source, screen, and align candidates through multiple channels (portals, referrals, social media, etc.)
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
    • Manage the entire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
    • Meet monthly hiring targets across departments and verticals
    • Coordinate timely offer rollouts and documentation
    Stakeholder Management
    • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
    • Maintain strong communication and coordination with department heads and business leaders
    Operations (20%)
    • Support in HR operations, including MIS reports, documentation, and joining formalities
    • Contribute towards enhancing employee experience and satisfaction
    • Assist in the offer approval process and maintain internal databases
    Who Can Apply
    • Bachelors or Masters Degree in HR / Management or relevant field
    • 6 months to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR roles
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in sourcing techniques and interview coordination
    • Hands-on with Excel, ATS, and other hiring tools is a plus
    • Ability to manage pressure and meet aggressive targets
