Job Description

    Lead Recruitment vertical & hiring of manpower as per the budget through various mix of sources within TAT.o Analyzing manpower resource requirement along with manpower budgeting and work force planningo Coordinating campus connect drive with ZHR & conducting graduate trainee drive as per projecto Formulate and benchmark TA related best practices to meet present and future organizational needso Sourcing, scheduling and conducting interviews.o Taking care of RCM and Onboarding of new joinees through HRMS and Ensuring updating of all the required processes.o Preparing of all required MIS and ensuring 100% completion and accuracy.o Ensuring proper joining formalities with 100% documentation & SAP updation.o To Drive TA digitization and automation related practices across regionso To conduct regular Branch Visits as per timelinesEducation & Experience RequirementM.B.A with specialization in HRAt least 5 years of relevant work experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood networking skills
