Job Description

    We are looking for candidates with atlest 7 yrs of experience in talent Acquisition role who can join us in 15-20 days and residing nearby Andheri location. Male /Female both can apply.Location: Andheri West Position : Talent Acquisition ManagerWorking Days :- Monday to Saturday (9.30am-6.30pm) Alternate Saturdays are half days (9.30Am-2PM)Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.
    • Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the team; monitor progress and provide regular feedback.
    • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
    • Collaborating with department heads to compile a consistent list of requirements.
    • Identify innovative sourcing methods and tools to reach diverse and passive talent pools.
    • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
    • Assessing applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
    • Ensuring the companys recruitment and select process is strictly adhered.
    • Promoting the companys reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
    • Managing internship programs.
    • Providing recruitment reports to management.
