    • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level positions across all verticals.
    • Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
    • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract the best talent using job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and headhunting.
    • Build a strong employer brand through candidate engagement, campus connect initiatives, and digital presence.
    • Manage applicant tracking and recruitment metrics to ensure hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires in coordination with the HR Operations team.
    • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles and future requirements.
    • Conduct market intelligence and compensation benchmarking to stay aligned with industry trends.
    • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and statutory requirements.
    • Lead and mentor a team of 2 recruiters
    Key Requirements:
    • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5-10 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or service industries.
    • Proven expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates across various functions and levels.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
    • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics.
    • Good command in Excel High level of ownership, integrity, and result orientation.
