Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Manager , your responsibility will be to understand the talent needs of the organization, and liaising with various departments of the company. What you will do:

  • Talking to team leads and senior management to get a precise picture of the required candidate.
  • Doing your own research to obtain compensation and other factual information about certain profiles required in company
  • Creating beautiful JDs like this one - Thats the first step towards attracting the right person to our business and wed like it done impeccably.
  • Liaising with recruitment partners - We use a bunch of recruitment firms to help us acquire new talent. Youll be the human capital representative from our company and lead communications with these thirdparties.
  • Collecting and screening applications - Once we start receiving application for an open role, you will need to compile them in one place and do an initial screening based on tangible criteria, if any.
  • Maintaining a repository of resumes and sort them by functional areas, so that we could dig into them for future requirements.
  • Organizing interviews - After getting a final list of relevant applications, youll get in touch with the respective candidates confirming their availability for interview, and fix appointments convenient to both parties, the candidate and the team manager.
  • Maintaining a robust calendar for all of these appointments.
  • Following up with candidates - Youll enable constant communication between candidates and team leads between rounds of interviews.
  • Verifying credentials and completing paperwork of successful hires
  • Making sure that the people we hire submit the requisite credentials and complete the required paperwork before on-boarding.
