Job Description

    • Promo Conceptualization
    • Understand the content (TV shows, films, or web series) and create engaging promo concepts tailored for the Tamil-speaking audience.
    • Collaborate with creative producers, writers, and marketing teams to develop thematic and strategic promo plans. Editing & Post-Production:
    • Edit video promos, teasers, trailers, and social media cuts using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
    • Ensure tight storytelling with impactful music, voiceovers, and transitions.
    • Add titles, supers, logos, and other graphics with proper Tamil language usage.
    • Sound & Music Integration: Work closely with sound designers to add suitable background scores, SFX, and sync VO/music seamlessly.
    • Sometimes select and sync Tamil voice-overs or dialogues for added impact. Language & Cultural Sensitivity: Ensure the language, tone, and visuals resonate with Tamil culture and audience sentiments. Maintain high standards of grammar and diction in Tamil promos.
    • Content Versioning: Create multiple versions of the same promo (30 sec, 15 sec, cutdowns) for different platforms TV, OTT, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
    • Deadline-Oriented Delivery: Deliver edits on tight deadlines with multiple revisions if needed. Coordinate with the QC team for final approvals before broadcast or publishing.
    • Creative Inputs: Suggest visual and storytelling enhancements for better audience engagement. Keep up with industry trends, especially Tamil promos from leading channels and platforms.
    • File Management: Organize footage, project files, music, and assets efficiently for easy access and backups.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with promo producers, copywriters, graphic designers, and voice artists.
