Job Description

    Team Lead: Outbound SalesResponsible for managing and guiding the outbound sales team. This includessetting goals, providing training and coaching, conducting performance evaluations,and ensuring the teams overall productivity and effectiveness. Work closely with the sales management to develop and implement effective salesstrategies and plans. Help define target markets, identify potential leads, and establish sales targets andquotas for the team. Monitor the performance of individual team members and the team as a whole. Trackkey performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, call volume, andrevenue generated. Provide feedback and implement strategies to improve performance. Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunitiesfor the sales team. Conduct regular sales training sessions, share best practices, and help teammembers improve their sales skills and techniques./ Continuously evaluates and enhances the outbound sales process to increaseefficiency and effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement sales tools andtechnologies to improve productivity. Prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and present insights andrecommendations to the higher management.
