Job Description

    Process Name: Real Estate (Pre-Sales)Required: Team LeaderPosition Summary: The Team Lead Real Estate Operations is responsible for the growth and management of all property listings in the portfolio, meeting the sales and rental targets and building the Company brandOpening, 4Shift Timing: 09:45 AM to 7:00 PMWeek Off: Week Days OffKey Skill Required, Good communication skills:
    • Min 1 Years experience in Real Estate or BPO (On Paper)
    • Good English Communication Skill V4 in Language
    • Confidence Should be upto the mark
    • Build and manage a network of local real estate agents to provide new property listings.
    • Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals for agents to work towards track goals by meeting with agents regularly.
    • Presentation skills
    • Work with internal teams to ensure that status of listings are current and track progress
    • Meet with prospective clients to build relationships and close on deals
    Gender: Male & FemaleLanguages Known: English, Hindi, Marathi.Qualification: A Degree in Management, Leadership, Real Estate, or a related fieldKRA:
    • Capable of handling B2C clients,
    • Should be able to work under pressure and deliver results
    • Assist with coordinating and managing tasks within the Department in the absence of the Head
    • Assist the Human Resources department in the recruitment and selection of staff for the Orbis team
    • Ensure that employees meet the Companys expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment
    • Enjoyable to work with - especially with direct team members.
    • Management of time and tasks can work on multiple tasks, meet KPIs, reorganize and work on high priority tasks, handover tasks when going on leave.
    Salary:Team Leader salary upto 30K Joining: Immedidate or 15 Days Notice Period
