Job Description

    Work Experience Requirements/Responsibilities:
    • Oversee all project-related activities, including resource allocation, process setup, and optimization for cost and utilization.
    • Develop, execute, and monitor team deliverables.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow implementation.
    • Maximize revenue and minimize costs.
    Team Management:
    • Motivate and uplift team morale.
    • Train and create growth opportunities for subordinates.
    • Manage employee relations, conduct skip-level meetings, and improve employee connectivity.
    • Build and maintain an environment of trust, fairness, and organizational values.
    Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in analytical skills and data analysis using Excel.
    • Skilled in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery.
    • Willingness to work various shifts and weekends as per organizational needs.
    • Basic understanding of key financial evaluations and sensitivity to managing process P&L.
    • Develop strategies and understand operational metrics like attrition and service levels.
    • Ability to create staffing and scheduling models, and prepare root cause analysis (RCA) and improvement action plans.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
