Job Description

    Job Title : Team Leader Outbound Sales (Loans) Location : MAROL/GOREGOANWorking : 6 daysTo lead and manage a team of outbound sales executives focused on loan products (personal loans, LAP,CF , TWF, etc.), ensuring achievement of LEAD generation targets and disbursements , quality standards,and compliance norms.Key Responsibilities: Sales Management
    • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly loan sales targets through outbound calling efforts.
    • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs like lead conversion rate, lead
    volume, and revenue generation.
    • Allocate leads effectively and ensure timely follow-ups.
    Team Leadership
    • Supervise, motivate, and coach a team of 1015 outbound sales executives.
    • Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
    • Handle escalations and support team members in closing high-value deals.
    Process & Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to NBFC guidelines, data privacy norms, and internal sales processes.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in SALES FORCE
    systems.
    • Collaborate with credit , FOS, Branch sales direct team, and operations teams for smooth
    disbursal and Onboarding.Customer Engagement
    • Ensure high-quality customer interactions and build rapport to improve conversion.
    • Ensure quality parameter and targets are met
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • 5 to 7 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in loans or financial products.
    • Minimum 23 years in a team leadership role.
    • CTC 6 to 8lpa
    Skills Required :
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
    • Familiarity with Sales force tools and dialler systems.
    Knowledge of loan products and NBFC regulations.
