Job Description

    Location: MumbaiMandatory: Technical Architect, Programming experience in React.js, Node.js, and Kubernetes deployment technologiesExperience:
    • 8-10 years in the IT industry.
    • Minimum 4-5 years as a Technical Architect for a software development team.
    Skills:
    • Proficient in managing and leading teams for successful service deliveries and process operations.
    • Strong problem-solving and technical skills with confident decision-making for effective solutions and high customer satisfaction.
    • Good understanding of business etiquette and ability to work well as part of a team.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Programming experience in React.js, Node.js, and Kubernetes deployment technologies.
    • Proven team player with an analytical mindset for problem-solving and delivering solutions.
    Responsibilities:
    • Plan and design the structure of technology solutions.
    • Communicate system requirements to software development teams.
    • Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods.
    • Oversee assigned programs (e.g., conduct code reviews) and provide guidance to team members.
    • Assist with solving technical problems when they arise.
    • Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure.
    • Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions.
    • Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.
